Job Description
This position is as much a project manager as it is a marketing manager. You’ll help lead the way day in and day out: Initiating projects and briefing the team; partnering with creative, production and suppliers; and managing work in progress. This position requires you to be incredibly organized, detail-oriented, responsive and responsible. Not to mention articulate and bursting with initiative (we want to bring our clients new ideas; not wait for projects). You’ll understand the market, competition, consumer behavior and media trends – and have a thirst for learning what you don’t know. Experience across a variety of media (print, digital/social and more) is desirable.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to fast-changing situations. In this position, you will report to the CEO with responsibility for implementing and maintaining digital marketing programs that drive toward increasing brand recognition and engagement, as well as sales conversions.
